Tuesday Art ATTACK- Vittorio Reggianini "The Poetry Reading"
Italian painter Vittorio Reggianini was born in Modena in 1858. Reggianini received his arts education from Academy of Fine Arts school of Modena, he would later teach at the same school. During his career he extensively worked out of Florence and sold much of his work to successful American collectors. Reggianini was known for his pastel hued portraits of stylish aristocrats of the late seventeen hundreds. Reggianini passed away in 1938.
